Is there such a thing as a heat pad that I can put into the beds/cardboard boxes of the feline morons that boss me around?

My sinuses have been playing up and I am not keen on putting on the central heating unless it is really, really cold.

I know that the kitties are unlikely to freeze to death, but it might earn me some points with them!

Maybe I could get somebody to knit them little cardigans!

When the heating does go on in the morning it does so loudly and at this click and rumble Frankie leaps off my bed and over to the radiator in my room and just stands looking at it - waiting for it to warm up. Then he cosies up to it and goes back to sleep. Merlin sleeps through all this - and most of the morning too. She doesn't 'do' breakfast but does a late brunch.

I am off to bed to read a book.

not sure about heat pads but what about a hot water bottle?
They look good Jules. The first one is pretty cheap too.

I didn't want to use a hot water bottle, but thanks for the idea.

Thanks Jules - I didn't even think of ebay. I went to our local Pets at Home and they had nothing and they weren't all that helpful either.

The weather forecast for the next few days is 'cold' and 'colder' so I will put the heating back on.

tigger - the thing with cats is that they never use the beds etc that you buy them. So I didn't want to spend a lot of money for something else that will languish in the cupboard under the stairs.
I have the same problem Wolf. I've got 2 cat beds (one with a hood) and neither of them get used. I have to share my bed and most of the time I'm nearly dangling off the side!
I look after cats who have the microwaveable heat pads - the benefit of those is that they can be put virtually anywhere the cats like to sleep.
