shedding cokapoo

My 10 month old ******** has strarted to shed quite a lot of hair in the past month or so,we thought this breed shed very little or not at all.We brush and comb her regularly,does anyone know why this is happening?

Sorry, don't mean to be rude but this is a popular misconception with any of the 'designer' crossbreeds that are sold as non shedding. They are often sold as ideal for people who are allergic, but that is a misconception too, as it is the dander from the skin that causes a problem not the hair.

Has she been in season yet, as shedding the coat can often be a sign that she is about to come into season, its a natural occurence as the bitch thinks she is getting ready to have babies and make a nest. Try a little vegetable oil on her food two or three times a week.
