There we were having Fish & Chips on the beach yesterday, when my huband said what is that? It was on a lead and was the size of a ferret, had very long hair and the markings of a badger, black and white, everyone was looking but no-one asked what it was, it definately wasn't a badger, but have never seen a long haired black & white long haired ferret, when the couple came off the beach she picked it up and it rested on her shoulder. Do people have skunks as pets?

LOL!!! My brothers freind has a de- stinkered pet skunk called derf, was it being walked by a couple who looked a little gothy???
He is adorable, and walks on the lead!

There's a badger known as a ferret-badger but I don't know whether they're kept as pets.

was this at walcote? if so it was me my fiancee we do have a pet skunk! there is bout 200 in the country we got our's from bristol there's a guy who breeds them.
they have to be the best pet ever they litter trained, they dont make nioseies, they dnt scrach up the furniture, there fur dnt smell like a cat or a dog. They are very clean animals apart from when they fart. they live on 90% veg 5% fruit and 5% protein but they do argue over what to feed them in the states the otther dite they have them on the skunks can get very big!

on Saturday, Father-in-law lives near by. You have caused much hilarity in the family, as my daughter took some convincing, but she will believe me now. Once again thanks for making our day.. F-In L is 90 so forgive him for thinking you had a badger.
