Frogs have killed two of my large pond fish by mounting their faces. On close examination the frogs feet are fixed to the fishes eyes. The surviving fish is now blind and I believe the frogs do this during the sporning season to stop the fish eating the tadpoles. It has nothing to do with being amorous.
