It gets me so mad and disgusted with so called humans.Same when you read the papers, the terrible things that are done to animals just beggers belief it's about time we had some strong laws for these cruel acts.

Who ever was responsible for letting this dog get to that state should be treated the same as they did to the dog. Starve them to near death and see how they like it.
