Have you changed anything in the house, new carpets, had your carpets cleaned etc? There have been good reports on giving dogs spinach for skin problems, either fresh or frozen, just liquidise it first and give her a few spoons with her food, worth a try as it wont hurt her.
If you use tea tree oil, make sure it is really well diluted as if she licks it off it could make her quite ill. If you want to put something on her paws, aloe vera gel may soothe them, and it wont hurt if she licks it, as it wont do her any harm.
Have you applied any grass feed or weed killer on your lawn? One of my girls takes the top of her paws if we let her run for a ball, as she is so stooopid, she cant seem to stop normally like other dogs, and insists on skidding to a halt. She has to wear baby socks to let her paws heal, so she is banned from playing football for too long now.
