YES ,sparrows will build nests at this time , especially if they have been disturbed from their old one .Sparrows can lay eggs 2 or three times in the spring and summer.

Keep your feeders and table topped up with a good wildbird food and you've got a maternity ward for a long time in Spring/Summer.

I have sparrows eagerly collecting the dog hair I have brushed out. It does seem much later this year. Normally this is over by now.
