The Moon Flower I know of is also called Ipomoea alba also known as calonyction. This is a perennial climber and quite a tender plant which needs frost protection. Try www.seeds-by-size.co.uk who supply this plant.

There are also a set of species called silene, widely available, which are clled moonflowers.
