is 20 years a good age for a maroon bellied conure to live even though they can live for upto 30 years

At 20yo, a MB conure is just entering its 'mature' stage where you can expect some balding, sharp tapering off of breeding and more sleeping.

Many pet parrots expire well before 20 because of incorrect husbandry so if yours is that age you've done well.
