I've just come back from the vets with my dog who i took because i thought she needed her nails cut. After seeing my dog, the vet said she didnt need her nails cut. It was the tendons in her leg going slack causing her legs to bend just above the foot. This is why i thought she needed her nails done, as she was walking funny. What i want to know is, is she in pain because of this? The vet didnt tell me either way! She didnt get any medication so im assuming she's not but i cant help thinking she is by the way she is walking

Snappy, phone the vet or go back and ask if this is painful, what't the prognosis, what's the treatment, basically what's wrong here?? Obviously I only know your story from what you have posted but if you have given us the whole story then IMHO I am not impressed with your vet!!
