Every window, door and cabinet seem to be crammed with them. They're black with red spots and very active. As fast as I release them they seem to return indoors - wots up?

I have posted this question in gardening today lol. Loads flying about the gardens, never seen anything like that before. Something to do with the weather maybe?.
They are coming in to hibernate for the winter. There has been a huge increase in their numbers this year. They come together in large groups I have them and hundreds of wretched cluster flies all hibernating around my wooden window frames!!! I am afraid I am having to resort to the hoover for the cluster flies and unfortunately some ladybirds are also being sucked in!!!
We were overrun with them here in Norfolk during the summer .They were everywhere ,all over the washing ,hanging off the curtains ,absolutely everywhere ..I had to take the hoover to them in the end. I don't like killing them but they were even in the beds !

And now the little boogers are back :).I had loads in my sun room today .
You sent me the wretched Bishy Barnabees, Shaneystar.

Ladybird, ladybird fly away home..................... back to the Norfolk east coast!! ;o)
I don't want the bloomin ' Bishys either Lofty ,can't someone waft them in the direction of Derby ;))
Could be the mild weather too though ,it's been very warm today for the time of year over here .
Been lovely this side of the county to Shaney, but very misty this morning. I'll send the cluster flies to you when I send the Bishies back!!! I have swarms of them!!!
you are the star of the new hitchcock..... the (lady)birds
