I'm sure this question has been asked before. I'm no expert, but my money would be on the scorpion - the tarantula would have to be within stinging range of the scorpion's tail to inflict a fatal bite, which it would find difficult, if not impossible, since its fangs are not designed to  pierce a carapace as tough as a scorpion's.
