How many people in the uk are struck by lightning each year and out of these how many survive? Where would I go to find out these sort of statistics? Thanks.

About 11 people are killed by lightning in the UK annually, but I don't know how many survivors there are.

In my honest opinion,  not enough Britons are struck by lightning each year.  In fact I would consider personally funding the carrying of lightning rods by every man,  women and child in the UK,  and America to be honest.
