I'll often logon after I've read the paper..........and logged off in the early hours of the next day.........I'm obviously not sitting here the entire time but tend to peek in between cooking, eating, chores, and tele watching........

In one continuous sitting, about ten minutes, although AB is open in the background whenever I'm on the laptop...

Hi Benny - yes indeed, I have tried that recipe. Nut like ummmm & mcfluff said - I wouldn't use that amount of peanut butter. (Mind you I did use almost a whole jar.. which is almost 4 tbsps.) I would only use half to two-thirds of the peanut butter they recommend - unless you want to be constipated for a week...

You're right peri - with that amount of peanut butter I would describe it far more as a Satay than a curry.

Good though, if you modify the p.butter & don't have a huge plateful of seconds.

I adore satay salla - and you can also make a pretty decent bang bang chicken with peanut butter
