My kitten has oil on her cat (a lot)

I have bathed her and there is still oil - any suggestions

Hmmm, your cat has now turned into a kitten? Or do you have more than one cat/kitten ? Just exactly how much oil is on the coat, where is the oil on the cats body ? Is it just a small bit of fur that has it on ? If it is a small area on its body, wash the area with a tiny bit of wash up liquid that should get it out, make sure you rinse its coat thoroughly (dont want kitty injesting any) and dry...

rub lard into the oil then bath her with washing up liquid-- sounds odd but it works. My dog picked up oil from the beach -horrible thick black stuff- the lard trick worked
