how many horses are there in the world and do thay outnumber other mammals ? what do you think?

The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) estimates that in 2008, there were almost 59,000,000 horses in the world.

I really have no idea but would think there are more sheep and possibly cows
I would have thought that there would be more rodents than anything else.
Yes wolfe i thought that after, probably rats. Cats and dogs must number more than horses too surely?

yes, i think it is dogs i cant think of anywhere with no dogs

I've been trying to google the answer but haven't got the right phrase to search with as the most numerous mammal is clearly man.

Horses don't come anywhere close to being the most numerous.

Mice is the first one that springs to mind. Probably around 2 or 3 mice for every human.
Rats and mice outnumber us here in the UK....so the same elsewhere...
