dog in flower pots!!

Hi there my dog insists in sleeping in my flower pots and i wondered if anyone has any sugestions of ways to deter him!!

Love the suggestion re great dane but would never find pots to keep him in!!
pots are not overly big but he curls up into a ball. God only knows how he finds it comfortable but he does look pretty hilarious. Still not great for me flowers!

he is a mix between a springer spaniel and a labrador!!

He does but would love to grow some flowers instead of dog!! he just crushes them and it getting costly!!

I'm with Boo on this one. I've a little stone wheelbarrow in the front garden which I've filled with cactussy thingies - sepsi somethings. Anyway, the cats no longer sleep on it squashing everything, because if they do it now they'll a cactus up their @rse!

well he isn't fussy he is happy to sleep in any pot with a plant in preferably!

My cat used to sleep on the sedum in my garden, don't know how he found it so comfy the sedum was squashed a bit but I hadn't the heart to shift him off it.

What's a sedum gran (sorry - don't know anything about plant names)?

Hopefully only hurt him once ha ha! He was sleeping on my cordaline (may not be spelt right) and that quite big so i'm afraid cacti it is.
