For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.welsh - i sold my kittens for £50 each, but only as a result of de-fleaing and worming them properly, getting them checked out at the vets, socialising, weaning and litter training them into lovely, healthy family pets. the good quality food, medication and equipment i bought made them worth the money i charged for them and when people came to view the animals, it was evient that this was the case. they were assured they came from a good home and were already loving, trained pets. my advice to you would be to approach local animal shelters to see if they have any available as there are always little tykes out there who need good homes (although you may be asked to provide a donation) or, if you have to spend money to get a kitten, make sure it comes from somebody like me who is knowledgable, caring and provides a clean home and well-tempered creatures. they will be worth the money if this is the case. good luck and i would love to see a picture when you do get a little rascal! x
Hi welsh I'm in s.wales too, we recently got a kitten through gumtree, we paid £30 for her. There were quite a few on there. Failing that, my mum works at the RSPCA in Newport, and they have quite a few kittens at the moment (I think she said 9). You would only have to pay £30 and the kitten would be chipped, neutered and vet checked - wish I'd got one from there.....now I'll have to pay the vet to neuter ours :(
