Can anyone tell me what this wildflower is please?

Thought it might've been an been a wild orchid - but alas have not found similar to anything else as leaves are very different. .. found in hedgerow in Kent. ... thanks! It is pink/maybe even purple. spotted flowers but spikey leaves in between. Have searched hi and lo to find anything similar any of the kent wildlife sites. Please help!

Hi Dorothee, most of our wild orchids are 'decumbent' ie. leaves sit almost flat to the ground with a flower 'spike' rising out of the middle. Leaves are long oval and pointed.
Here are two possible candidates:

(There is a lot of colour/shade variety with this one).

(though I think the latter is unlikely - as it's a bit 'late' now!)
