wonderful view, Clanad. But I expect you need the pilot's licence just to get to the nearest fish and chip shop.

The question in the Telegraph related to the whole chain (but just in North America, so not extending to include the Andes too).

jno, you underestimate my trusty 15 year old Ford F-250 diesel 4 wheel drive pickup... it's the one with the Winchester 30-30 saddle gun in the gun rack and the the cross-bred Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler laying on the hay bale in the back... he's the one with one good eye, a big scar on his face from a cat fight, carries his right rear leg (lost contest with a 3 year old bull) and, if examined closely, only has one testicle...(that's a story in itself)... we call him "Lucky" of course... Dog loves fish and chips, but it's a 50 mile round trip!
