I have just seen an egg in the nest that the geese have taken over at RUTLAND WATER so looks like we wont be watching the OSPREYS there this year .

Male brings stick in & places it on nest. Female flies in, picks up stick & replaces it it exactly the same place...typical:-)

Tomorrow female decides stick is wrong size...male is sent to exchange it....x
