I was just wondering if anybody has recently or in the past had any contact with the samaritans?, Sorry but i don't want to say too much,i was just wondering if they could help.
27-steps - despite our occasional silliness and madness here, we aren't a bad lot as a sounding platform if you have a genuine problem.
Why not try us and see if we can help - we are all nearly anonymous to each other - and of course to you, and we have a real mix of doctors, lawyers, NHS staff, teachers, social workers, ex police, and all the rest with a rich variety of life experience.
I'm Bipolar and have suffered some 'unpleasant' episodes over the years. At one stage I emailed the samaritans - it was actually a good experience as it helped me sort out how I was feeling in my own mind.
The samaritans will listen to you - some times that is all you need.
sorry to hear that wolf, I have a good friend who suffers as well and have been there when she was arrested...it is a very distressing situation for all concerned.
27 steps, do contact them, or a close friend, or even sound off here. I haven't used them before but came close once to doing myself considerable injury.....be brave and pick up the phone or use the keyboard here.
Thankyou to all,and thanks for the offer dtcrosswordfan,i am going to e-mail the samaritans,i feel more comfortable doing that to start with,i may or may not post an update, but thanks again.
