which didn't work, so then tried changing it back to orgiinal picture, which is still the one in Gravatar, but no joy. any help, as i already feel like a jelly, so don't wish to continue to look like one,

Redman, not sure why, but even trying to reinstall the original picture hasn't worked, and it's been quite a while, even logged out to see if that made any difference, it didn't

Clear your Browser Cache and try Gravatar again with the Pic you originally downloaded.
I think they have finally resolved the problems they had previously

Make sure Email and Password correspond with AB otherwise you will have a problem
Make sure your new avatar is a G rating..............

found a picture i liked, and seems to have been added to gravatar, but not updated on here, it's a bit more christmassy.

logged out of gravatar, and logged off the computer, logged back in to both, and seems to have worked, thought needed cheerful, festive pic, and as he is my favourite sheep, seemed appropriate.
Just for the record Em10, I've seen that Avatar since you posted this. It's possible you didn't clear your cache.

It should update every hour now, give it time next time!

Ab Editor, i will thank you, it's this damn cold/bug/thing, brain addled.
All that messing around with Gravatar has meant the Ed has now lost his gnome avatar. lol
As I say, Gravatar is having some issues - being a little bit forgetful.
