Dear ED,Dont you think this site needs an Rethink?You are destroying the main fabric that makes this site what it is!!You are as far as I can see getting up everybodys noses by banning every second answer.If its not your fault then why dont you explain to the users that you have a technical problem.You are not running a Kindergarden!!

Yes the enjoyment of using this site is fast disappearing.  Banning all over the place.

I've only had one answer banned. And that was because it was a duplicate. I don't know what it is that you lot are doing to upset the Ed, but I hope I don't start doing it!

I've had more answers banned in the last week than in the whole 18 months I'd been here.  I'm tired of it now.  I can appreciate we don't need AB turning into a chat room but a little light banter occasionally won't bring the site to it's knees.  If we're going to lose the human touch we may as well read an encyclopaedia.

I''ve posted about 406 answers and only 6 were banned. About 2 were duplicate answers, one was in French and one was chatty I don't know why the other two were banned.

Oh, yes I think the other two answers were banned on account of arguing with another AB member.

Because of the technical problems my banned answers have risen by 100% since last Friday.  Lots of my new banned postings were testing whether I was still able to post or just plain 'frustrated' remarks.  However, the editor has sorted the problem again for me for the second time.  Hopefully, things will stay sorted now.
