When I try to send an email the security words that I have to repeat are virtually unreadable. One I gave up after three attempts. Another I only managed to send the email on the third attempt which I had to guess. Is there any way of making them a bit more readable?

Do you mean those Capcha codes. I agree- some are almost impossible to read. The ones on AB (for reporting posts) are okay though

Some of them allow you to click on them to hear them spoken I believe.

Not really. We are looking at replacing it with something a bit easier though! I do understand that it sometimes puts similar colours together. We're working on it!
