So I rubbed Esafit Ultra Cooling Gel on my feet before I got in bed.

And I did wash my hands. I really did.

Then I rubbed my eyes, and now it stings like bum.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who's done something stupid today.

Not today, JJ, but I have put Deep Heat on a Hamstring Injury and then washed my hands and face, before leaving the house looking like the Phantom of the Opera...... if it makes you feel slightly better.

So 'pleased' there are others here for you jogger, sorry for my quick response earlier.
It's happened to me too. Deep Heat is the culprit here too, rubbed it on my back for aches and pains, went to bed and had to get up half an hour later and shower it off, talk about HOT!
