This is often hard to access.When I go to it, AB suggestions often comes up, and vice versa. Is this a bug in Internet Explorer? If I shoogle around in categories a bit, I eventually get it to work.

This happens to me too Marge B.  I mentioned it once before and someone said it was a glitch.  But it's been happening for months now!
