Hello,Wiltsman ! Bit quiet on the site generally at present.

And I mean that elks are critics of the elks themselves, as a group, or of other elks, though not necessarily that an elk is self-critical. I doubt the last, knowing elks as I do, though I admit to being more of a goat fancier and not so much into elks.( It may have lost something in translation from Norwegian)

Nutty Cheesy Balls:

2 pounds of cream cheese
cream
1 cup of pistachio nuts
4 drops green food colouring

Mix everything together and roll into a green cheesy balls.

Serve.
