The Environment is missing here

Hi,   seems that a topic for environmental stuff would be nice these days,  Hey I am not a green nutcase or anything but soooo many things are happening around us that it might be good to have a seperate topic for it.

I'd have thought it would go in science, or news if especially topical.  You'll see that news covers politics, crime, a lot of the Katrina/Rita stuff was in news, also celeb gossip fits in there. 

For a wide range of views on the environment, which might be more interesting than just hearing from people who are more "green", I'd suggest posting in news.  :-)
