asking for help, support and advice in light of the theft of my user id, but the culprit has gone out of their way to have them removed. i am quite angered by this and would ask that you e-mail me asap to resolve this issue.

dotty all this has gone way too far, especially on the post that got removed where the person said he/she/it didnt need our userid to get into our accounts. I really dont find any of it funny at all and I really hope this is all gonna get sorted out as soon as is possible.
