First page of Q & A?

Hi AB Ed - just out of interest, would it be possible for the Tech's to let us have instant access to the very first page of Q & A we gave, rather than trawling back through pages & pages - 2002 in my case? Just a thought.

In 'My Profile', it could simply read: 'First Page of Q&A posted'!

I'd like to be able to search them...not that it would do much good using the present search engine :-P

Is that 2002 answers/questions or 2002 pages smudge?

smudge if you paste somthing like this

into the address field it should bring up your first page or thereabouts. At 2002 answers, the figure 100 should be about right, but you can adjust it until you get the page you want.

smudge when you're in the "answers" bit of "my profile," if it's 2002 pages, put 2002 in the address before the ".html" if it's 2002 answers, put 101 (because there's 20 answers to a page and you've 100 and a bit.) and press go.

yes, I was trying to say what TCL put much better because I didn't realise the important bit of the link I posted would vanish off the edge of the screen - sorry. TCL's way is simpler.

Well here goes: I went back into 'My Profile', then 'Questions I gave answers to' then typed in a 1 before the html - it then took me to a Mona Lisa Q on say suggestions dated 2002. Although it took me back to 2002, it didn't take me back to the very first Q/A I gave as it still stays on that category - if you get my drift.

Hang on... I've just thought of another idea, I'm just going to try it....back in a minute!

Well I can only get back to as far as 2002 on certain categories, but not to my actual first Q/A pages yet, but I'm working on it.
