i don't think you are actually banned Emsey - be calm - the machine brain that runs AB at the weekend bans those that exceed a certain number of posts in one day (to stop spam ect) BUT you won't be banned forever - so just log in as normal tomorrow and i predict all will be well in CB land as before - so you will be free to say good morning and goodnight to each other a million times once again
