Even though I read your comments in the previous post to say quite clearly that CB will not reopen and that AB suggestions is not to be used for chat any longer, some people are obviously not reading it that way because you implied that. Why don't you just post a official site statement as a special question or something and say in plain and simple english what the site situation is.

Hi qapmoc

Can I say you made me smile because you asked an American to say it in " plain english" - that's a first!

OK, in my simplest english: Please do not post anymore chat in this category as it will be deleted. Hopefully, everyone has had the opportunity to set up alternate spaces in cyberspace to chat.

Exceptions have been made to harmless Christmas and New Years wishes, Birthday greetings and postings regarding said alternate chat spaces - these posts have been moved to ChatterBank where they can be viewed but not added to.

You may have noticed that the "chat" threads in this category have been removed.

If anyone has anymore queries relating to ChatterBank, please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can.

Hi AB ED, well you know I assumed that as The US and the UK sort of both use English that ''plain English'' would apply in the US as well.

Thanks for the straight answer, I only hope that I don't get somebodies brother from the SAS round my place for asking you to state the above.
