everytime i try and post something i get an error message - its so frustrating when i lose all my text and have to type it all over again!

Might be a good idea to copy your message to notepad, especially if it's a long 'un, before you hit the submit button. Nowt more frustrating than having to type it out again!

you don't actually need to copy it to somewhere, just highlight and hit ctrl C - and as long as you don't hit ctrl C again, it will stay as a copy until you copy something else.

you can then just hit ctrl V as many times as you need

It only seems to be a problem with long posts, I do what Boo said and copy the whol thing then submit it in two parts

If this happens, simply click your 'Back' button, and you'll return to the edit page with the text that you typed in. But as said, split your answer into chunks of 4-5 lines and submit them separately.
