When I receive an email to tell me that there is an answer to my question, there is an angle bracket at the end of the link which is included in the hyperlink. Therefore AnswerBank doesn't recognise the link and tries to redirect me to www.answerbank.co.uk. So in the space of a couple of seconds, before I am automatically redirected, I have to maximise the browser window to reveal the whole URL, and delete the angle bracket. The links look like this:
