i'm new to this but as ive been looking on the topics i've noticed a lot of people know each other wouldn it be a good idea to have a chat forum or something as well?

chat's are great but they can take questions and answers off the board. I have seen questions asked on a forum and probably read by a few hundred but have been answered on a chat which really leaves the few hundred readers hanging.
