Hi lady_p_gold,

Thanks for your suggestions and email. Even though it may not seem like it, there are actually more questions being asked.

We are still working on making the AnswerBank sub-topics easier to use, and improving the site in general. There are a lot of ways we can make it better, and even though I know it's taking a while, I think users will be very happy with the changes when they come.

We'll try to keep you updated on what's coming when in the future.

Well thank you so much for your reply, appreciate that. I have noticed a decline in my own particular favourites but then there has probably been an increase in some of the others. Anyway nice to have contact and to know that we can communicate!
