Hi AB ed hope you are ok ; o) . Well i have a suggestion that could be both useful and much appreciated. We have sections which are very helpful but i have a section that will be more helpful and hopefully will stop everyone from being reported because there question is too chatty - a general chat column!I 'd love one and i think people would too! Please consider this - i know you are busy TIA:O)

Your idea is a non starter I'm afraid. We did havesuch a section for general chat. It all went swimmingly for about 6 months then it went pear shaped very quickly and was removed at the End of Dec '05. Can't see Ed & Co being in a rush to reintroduce it again.

And incase you're wondering how it went pear shaped? Think of B&S at it's worst- then times that by 100. It weren't a pretty sight by the end I can tell ya!

Saying that though, I still miss it.

I have been thinking about this very issue B00, and I think it might have a chance as a sub section under one of the topics if it was just trialled as a day time thing, when the ed is about, not after say 6pm. What do you think? It should be technologically possible and if it was a 9am to 6pm window then it would maybe have a fighting chance of remaining. Most of the grief I get is at night, very late on, when the brave souls have managed to down a few scoops and they have no fear.

Lmao - i think it should be reconsidered - the idiots who try to stir things up could be abnned immediatley and like dot says nothing after 6? I'd love to talk to everyone here on a no topical basis : o )

Just as a bit of a subquestion- how come AB has no entry on Wikipedia? I'd have thought it would do. Hmmm.

Or is it 'cos of the military thing?
