how to use this system

I am new to this facility - how do I reply to a question about a crossword clue.

Just click on Post an answer. Type in the ans and press 'submit!' then it will appear but as your new for the 1st 2 weeks you cant report an answer or question. After 2 weeks you wont be green anymore and you can report (if you want to )
