yes, it undoubtedly will stop raining, it ususally does eventually.
it has to because once all the clouds are empty they need time to fill up again, otherwise there'd just be empty cloud bags floating about all over the sky....

Me and Mr I are going to the Isle fo Wight festival next weekend and if it keeps raining we are going to invest in some wellies and a pac-a-mac, the thought of 3 days in a wet damp tent is awful ;o(
