PLEASE Can we have a small icon next to the thread if the owner has chosen to stop recieving emails on it, that way we know whitch threads have been closed and which are still open.

Please don't do that - the opening poster may have lost interest, but others may still be following the thread.

And some people would use closed threads for 'chat'.
