Ive had 2 answers removed and have no idea which ones of course, but ED prob wont tell me tho I asked what I had done. Mustve been bad if removed tho??? Cant imagine what I have said to offend, so apologies to whoever it was.

Hello weeal , don't worry love , indeed it may not be your actual answer that was bad but the banned thread it was in.
I found I had a banned answer the other day and emailed Ed about it , got a lovely reply explaining that if a thread is banned it may also explain my answer was in it even if my answer wasn't wrong. :-)
So , relax , you probably haven't been naughty xx

Have a look at 'My Profile' then 'Questions I have answered'; the illegal answers ought to be stamped 'banned by answerbank'.... maybe... I've never been able to trace answers of mine that got banned. The Ed does not answer my emails so I do not trouble her with phone calls; I believe she is usually on the line to Dot.

You know weeal, its no good ringning that number because thats the standard number. Ring it and keep pressing hask key as many times as you can, for about 10 or 20 seconds, and see if you get anywere.

Weeal - have been finding that sometimes over the weekend that answers didn't seem to be submitting, and nothing was happening. Then i press tha submit button again, so somewhere it goes through twice, but only actually appears once, registering as a banned answer each time (repeat posts are banned). they're not showing up on my screen as banned though - unusually - so for instance this question

is showing on my screen as having 4 answers - there's just three - but the 'banned' answer is also missing from my profile

it is confusing isnt it hahaha, I will try not to worry bout it then and hope the ED replies to my email, I have also had probs submitting answers and was blaming my PC

Thanks for that explanation possibility Whickerman , I bet I have had repeats banned as I have found the submit button unresponsive and maybe shouldn't have pressed it again. :-)
