Had the reply from Ms. Ab Ed , as you all know but not a lot has changed still the same blog . All the trolls still posting under aliases and the the same foul language . A waste of time complaining . Now giving up , would get a better response from a call center in India !!

The Tiscali call centre in India is superb.

Very knowledgeable on computer set up, and incredibly polite.

The 3 mobile call centre is the worst by far. Broken English followed by a complete misunderstanding of anything to do with mobile phones.

Had a problem with BT and fortunately spoke to a guy who I could understand ,and sorted things out for me , I send an email when the broadband is working , I live out of town so it always seems to have a blip . I spoke to a lady one day and couldn't understand a word and had to pay for the privilege !!
