I think the obvious answer to that is there is no point......unless it was to post 'You won't be getting any stars for that rubbish' under the answer. In that case I reckon it would get used a lot!
You know when you go in a shop and can't find what you are looking for, and then as soon as you ask you see it under your nose. Well, that has just happened. I have wondered about the no stars option for ages, and then now I have asked, I have realsed what it is for.
It is to recind stars. weeal, your stars have gone.
Weeal, I'm going on holiday on Saturday so it blinkin' better clear up fast. In fact I am supposed to be packing right now instead of frolicking about on AB!
Perhaps it is so that authors who inadvertently award themselves stars (it does happen) can remove them before the cries of "Megalomania" descend upon them.
Oh nowhere exotic weeal, just narrowboating on the canals around the Midlands. Then a week and a half after we get back I'm taking my daughter to EuroDisney for a long weekend.
Let's hope for some good weather!
Gromit, thank you for the stars. Here's some for you! ***
I've done it before, many years ago Gromit. I really enjoyed it because, as you say, it was very relaxing. It's the best thing for a really chilled out break in my opinion. I wasn't sure about the Midlands though, but have heard it's just as good. I don't know how far we will get as we're only going for a week and we're starting near Worcester. I don't really care where we end up, I just want a break.
