Banning .....

Is there any chance the ED could explain the banning mechanism......what are the criteria? This would be helpfull for those of us who feel they are still in the dark in regards to the inner-workings of AB. Even if I were a bystander I would think it was sometimes rather random and hit-or -miss. As I posted last night-seemingly innocent and interesting posts are removed.....while some quite vile ones aren't touched.

no china it is 10 reports now so the ed tells me, one individual would need to have at least 10 ids registered and operative to make any thread disappear, noone has that many surely, ???

yes CD, ten, that's alot of signing out and in, which is when people yend to get banned and need to use their other ids

Thanks china.....but we-or should I say the individual poster involved- should be informed why and how in each case. It would clarify things.

I don't think so pasta as it does say in the Site Rules that the Ed won't comment on individual cases. The only times I've ever had a comment from her is when I think it's been maliciously done and have emailed her about it. She usually just says sorry and asks if it's working now which I think is perfectly fine.
