is there any way I can track the replies I have posted and the questions I have asked?

When a question you have asked has been answered an e-mail is sent to you to tell you. It includes a link that takes you straight to your question and any answers that have been posted to it.

At the moment there is no way of tracking your replies through Answerbank facilities, but you can use the favourites button on your browser to remember where they were, and to keep an eye on them.
