Marlboro?!?

People keep talking about marlboro questions. I dont understand? I feel this is the only sensible place to ask...

While the site's here to help al and sundry, it gets very tedious very quickly when somebody floods a category, thereby pushing other questions out. People tend to only look at the first page of each subject, so a wall of Marlboro (or twenty similar) Q's becomes off-putting.
