I have recieved a letter from Unclaimed Prize Register. They want �14.95 in return for a valuable prize!
I am sure it is a scam. How about a heading SCAMS so we can all compare notes?

waterhead. Do not ever send money to these bogus scammers. The only prize you will get will be a dummy. While they will have your money. good luck. keep your money.....

You're writing out a cheque for �14.95 as we speak aren't ya Neti? ;-)

The problem I see with a Scam Category is that it still wont help little old ladies (ahem Neti) who do get conned by these leeches.

If a person is savvy enough to use a computer and the internet to find this site and then the Scam Section, then the chances are they're savvy enough not to fall for the scam in the first place.

I've had one too today. Why would they want �14.95 to send you a cheque through the post - assuming you had won the jackpot!
it went straight into the waste paper sack.
