By the way, I will soon be using Twitter (if anyone has heard of it) to give you 140 character updates on whats happening here at AB Towers. I'll update you with my username asap, it'll be a lot of fun twittering with you!
Check it out: www.twitter.com
and
We do our best to respond to all emails, obviously we read, but we can't respond to every single one with an email back. Sorry!
So he does not have time to respond to e-mails but has time to use ANOTHER site to update a few others about THIS SITE???
What is going on here? How about being serious and answering the e-mails?

I'm not sure a twittering Ed is necessarily such a bad idea...? ...but Ed not at the cost of not communicating with us here. I know I'd personally like for you to acknowledge having seen the suggestions put forward in this topic. All you really have to say is something like "we'll take that into consideration" - no need to make any promises, it would just be nice to know we're not talking to ourselves all the time.

..."not sure a twittering Ed is necessarily such a bad idea" - I may have jumped to conclusions there? I was rather assuming a Twitter widget would be installed onto the AB page enabling us to hear Ed twittering IRT while we're on here anyway, but re-reading your message, Ed, I'm not sure that's what you meant? Surely you don't mean we'd have to go over to Twitter?
