Missing Page

Every so often I click on a link to a question which intrigues me to be met with an AB page which says that the "page is missing".

What is going on for this to happen?

There are some people on here who find enjoyment in abuseing other posters.Therefore that abuser (eg legend) get their thread and user-name banned.However he then changes his name,logs back on and starts the abuse all over again He's a very childish and bitter middle aged man.

I haven't got that message, just 'the page cannot be found'. That may just mean the page never existed. (try typing in a random page number into the URL and see what happens.)
